A family-owned group governed for the long term.
Al Blagha Group was founded in Riyadh in 1990 by Sheikh Ahmed Hamdan Albalwi. It builds and operates what the Kingdom relies on: water, housing, hospitals, ports, vessels and data centres. Four verticals work from one balance sheet, with ABG Investments alongside them.
To preserve our family legacy by acting as responsible stewards of our capital and values, ensuring the creation of lasting impact.
To be a credible partner in building societies and a pioneer in connecting regions.
To enable the Kingdom's vision through diversified infrastructure developments, innovative maritime transport, trusted real estate development and strategic investments.
Three chapters, one direction.
The group began as a national contractor and built Saudi Arabia's first GSM network in 1991. Shipping operations on the West Coast followed in 1995, then ports and logistics in 1996. In 2005 the group took its first position abroad, at the Alexandria International Container Terminal.

Jeddah Shipyard began operating in 2008, the only shipyard on the West Coast. Al Woroud was established in 2011 to develop and own real estate. In 2018 Tamasuk Holding was formed as a dedicated platform for public-private partnership infrastructure.

The first Tamasuk data centre went live in 2020. By 2025 three sewage treatment plants and two NEOM residential communities were in commercial operation. Al Ansar Hospital, the Kingdom's first healthcare PPP, completes in 2027.
